Terms & Conditions

Purchasing a License to IncidentAnalytix Microsoft Power Platform Edition includes the following:

OE LLC is offering the opportunity to purchase a Perpetual, Non-Transferable Software License for the Product. OE LLC will provide the Client with a Perpetual, Nontransferable License to use the Software and Database Schema as specified in the Agreement and under the following conditions: 

  • 1 Copy of the Software and 1 instance of the Database may be installed on a single Production Power Apps Environment managed by the Client. This installation is solely for the use of the Client for their Production use and may not be portioned, resold or in any way utilized by any entity that is not the Client.
  • 1 Copy of the Software and 1 instance of the Database may be installed on a single QA Power Apps Environment managed by the Client solely for testing and/or training purposes. This installation is solely for the use of the Client for their Development and Testing use and may not be portioned, resold or in any way utilized by any entity that is not the Client. The QA Server may not be used as a secondary Production Server.
  • 1 Copy of the Software and 1 instance of the Database may be installed on a since Power Apps Development Environment managed by the Client solely for development purposes. This installation is solely for the use of the Client for their Development and Testing use and may not be portioned, resold or in any way utilized by any entity that is not the Client. The Development Server may not be used as a secondary Production Server.

 What is included:

  • Software Source Code, Database Schema for:
    • Microsoft Power Platform Application for frontline users and back-end administrators
  • Perpetual, Nontransferable Software License for all OE LLC Source Code and Database Schema.
